Obama floods the U.S. with illegal immigrant children and creates a humanitarian crisis at the border.

Preface

In June 2012, Obama unilaterally granted temporary amnesty to so-called “DREAM-ers” via executive order.  Although the “DREAM Act” was never enacted into law, Obama decided that illegal immigrants who met certain criteria (i.e., “younger than 30 who came to the United States before the age of 16, pose no criminal or security threat, and were successful students or served in the military”) would not be deported by his administration.

Beside the fact that President Obama (the head of the executive branch of our federal government) openly refused to faithfully execute the law– in violation of his oath of office– it became increasingly clear to the entire world that the Obama Administration would not be deporting illegal immigrants in general.  “If you are a run-of-the-mill immigrant here illegally, your odds of getting deported are close to zero — it’s just highly unlikely to happen,” John Sandweg, until recently the acting director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement, said in an interview.”

Vice President Joe Biden even went so far as to claim that the illegal immigrants “are already American citizens.”  He later slightly backtracked amid the absurdity of that claim, and said “They are Americans. They may not be citizens, but they are Americans.”

In fact, Obama was so thrilled that these illegal immigrants (potential future Democrat voters) were continuously entering the U.S. that he honored them at the White House in 2014: “The White House will honor 10 young adults on Tuesday who came to the United States illegally and qualified for the president’s program to defer deportation actions. Each person has qualified for the government’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrival program, which delays removal proceedings against them as long as they meet certain guidelines. They will be honored as “Champions of Change,” the White House said in a statement Monday because they “serve as success stories and role models in their academic and professional spheres.”… In 2012, President Obama created DACA through an executive order, which defers any action on the status of people who came to the U.S. illegally as children for two years and can be renewed. DACA doesn’t provide any legal status.”  As if Obama’s political sleaziness was not apparent enough, “President Obama reminded Democratic donors that “our future rests” on the success of people brought to the United States illegally as children.”

Obama didn’t just want to wait for illegal immigrant children to cross the U.S. border on their own– he actually paid for them to be ESCORTED into the U.S. by his Department of Homeland Security!

“The Department of Homeland Security is set to pay for illegal minors up to the age of 17 to be escorted into the United States, according to a new solicitation posted at FedBizOpps.”  These children would supposedly be brought into the U.S. “with dignity and respect” by the Obama Administration using taxpayer dollars, in a shameless ploy to force amnesty and gain a massive new voting bloc for the Democrat Party in future years.  That’s right: the Obama Administration is both lawless AND shameless.

Now that so many of them are here, “Federal officials last week paid $584 to buy four versions of Monopoly, five packs of playing cards, a dozen beanbag tosses and other games for illegal immigrant children — a small fraction of what the Obama administration now says it will take to clothe, feed, transport, house and, yes, entertain the children surging across the border.”

It became clear that “The surge of illegal immigrant minors rushing over the Rio Grande threatens to overwhelm the Texas Border Patrol, and new figures show the unexpected development will cost U.S. taxpayers more than $2 billion this year, 1200 WOAI news reports.”

Central American and South American countries have reacted by sending tens of thousands of children to America via  dangerous human traffickers/drug cartels.

Obama’s 2012 executive action gave Central American and South American countries the impression that children can cross the U.S. border without being sent back to their home countries.  “Newspapers in El Salvador and Honduras are promoting policies by the Obama administration that defer deportation to minors brought to the United States as children by their parents… ”During their stay, in addition to accommodations and food, children receive English classes, play sports and participate in targeted programs while immigration authorities contact their families,” the La Prensa report says.”  And the result has been all too predictable: “Compared to the year before Obama’s policy took effect, twelve times as many kids are coming north illegally this year.”  In fact, “Several migrants said news stations in their home countries have been reporting that parents traveling with children are more likely to be released even if caught crossing the border illegally.  “That is what they are saying on the news, that if you travel as a woman with a child, there is an opportunity to get in,” said Paulina Say, 29.”  Knowing that Obama will not deport them, illegal immigrants are now intentionally surrendering to Border Patrol agents and asking them to detain them so that they gain entry to the U.S.  Thanks to Obama, there is now an ‘unprecedented’ surge in illegal immigration that is overwhelming U.S. Border Patrol.

Although the illegal immigrants do not qualify under Obama’s 2012 executive order and there is not enough money to accommodate them, Ex-Border Patrol agents agree with those countries’ interpretation of Obama’s actions and words.  “An organization of former Border Patrol agents Wednesday charged that the federal government, under the administration of President Obama, is deliberately arranging for a flood of immigrant children to arrive in America”:  The National Association of Former Border Patrol Officers released a statement calling it ”a predictable, orchestrated and contrived assault on the compassionate side of Americans by her political leaders that knowingly puts minor illegal alien children at risk for purely political purposes.”" 

In fact, children with Obama shoes are crossing the U.S. border in the hands of human traffickers/drug cartels who are physically and sexually abusing them– and many end up dead before they reach the U.S. 

Disturbingly, “of the 150 remains they have, only one body has been successfully identified thus far” and experts “have been seeing the bodies of children more often this year.”

There are also charges that the Obama Administration is violating state child abuse laws in its handling of this border crisis.

Even those illegal immigrants who are not making the dangerous trek by foot are at risk: “A cargo train used by Mexicans and Central Americans to travel toward the U.S. border derailed in the southern Mexican state of Oaxaca on Wednesday, stranding about 1,300 migrants, emergency services said.”

Despite these facts on the ground, Democrat leaders have displayed complete ignorance and arguable insanity:

• “We are all Americans.” — Democrat House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi

• “This crisis that some call a crisis, we have to view as an opportunity… If you believe as we do that every child, every person has a spark of divinity in them, and is therefore worthy of respect — what we saw in those [holding] rooms was a dazzling, sparkling array of God’s children, worthy of respect.” –Democrat House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi

• Democrat Rep. Luis Gutiérrez (D-IL) said Tuesday that President Obama “has the power to “heal” undocumented immigrants.”

• “Jesus was a refugee, and that’s a very good reminder to all of us.” — Eskinder Negash, director of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR)

The U.S. itself is suffering– some of these illegal immigrant children are violent gang members coming to our neighborhoods: “An internal Border Patrol executive summary obtained by Townhall confirms that at least 16 unaccompanied illegal minors (those under the age of 18, according to U.S. government policy), are members of the brutal El Salvadorian street gang Mara Salvatrucha—or MS-13.”  The Obama Administration has purposefully set this self-destructive policy: “Border Patrol officials said that officers must treat minors with gang-affiliated tattoos the same as anybody else wishing to cross the border.”

Obama’s short-sighted and grossly negligent executive action in 2012 is the direct cause of the humanitarian crisis that now exists on the border.

Obama created the humanitarian crisis on the border through his open failure to enforce the law, and is responsible for this entire mess: a premeditated insurgency of illegal aliens.  Incredibly, Obama intends to accommodate the influx of illegal immigrants and encourage more to cross the border, exacerbating the existing horrendous conditions in holding areas that look like refugee camps:

Obama is responding to this situation in the following manner: “A total of $1.324 billion ($329 million for the Border Patrol and $995 million for ICE) will go to the “care, feeding, and transportation costs” of the illegal immigrants, while $32 million ($9 million for attorneys and $23 million for removal operations) will go to deportations.”  As Senator Ted Cruz points out, “President Obama’s request for $3.7 billion in supplemental funding amounts to an “admission” that he plans for the influx of immigrant children to “continue indefinitely”… Cruz said that only five percent of the funding would provide for “boots on the ground” along the southern border.”  That’s right: 95% of taxpayer dollars are being sent to provide schooling, lawyers, healthcare, food, beds (each of which costs ~ $1,000), and transport to send illegal immigrants to communities across America– only 5% of taxpayer dollars are being used to attempt to secure the border. Obama is spending more than $1 billion on these illegal immigrants when it would cost around $20 million to simply fly them back to their home countries– in other words, flying the illegal immigrants out of the U.S. would be a solution that is 99.5% cheaper than Obama’s plan.

The situation is so disastrous even when these taxpayer funds are taken into account that Obama has ironically partnered up with Catholic churches: the Obama Administration is now working with Catholic churches to serve the illegal immigrants in California.

The money is running out: “Customs and Border Protection, whose 20,000-plus Border Patrol agents are responsible for arresting illegal border crossers, will be out of money by mid-September at the “current burn rate,” according to DHS Secretary Jeh Johnson.

In the midst of this situation, perpetual moron VP Joe Biden has “called for a ‘constant, unrelenting stream’ of new immigrants — ‘not dribbling (but) significant flows,’ to bolster the national economy”.

The Obama Administration is dumping the illegal immigrants into cities across the country.

The Obama Administration is being accused of dumping illegal immigrants into conservative areas of the country in order to change voter demographics.

On June 4, 2014, “The National Border Patrol Council (NBPC) revealed to Breitbart Texas that the San Diego Sector of the U.S. Border Patrol is making plans to receive, process, and then release 500 illegal aliens into the U.S. per week who were shipped in from Texas, specifically from the Rio Grande Valley Border Patrol Sector.”

At the same time, illegal immigrants were being dropped off at a “Greyhound Lines Inc. bus station in Phoenix… After being dropped off at the bus station, they board buses for other cities across the country.”  As Arizona Governor Jan Brewer pointed out, “I remind you that the daytime temperatures in Arizona during this time of year are regularly more than 100 degrees… Consequently, this federal operation seems to place expedience over basic humanitarian concerns.”

Out of all the states, why is the Obama Administration dumping the illegal immigrants in Arizona?  The “move is being seen as payback for Arizona’s previous attempts to take control of their illegal immigration problem by bucking the feds inaction.”  Obama is retaliating against the State of Arizona for daring to try to defend its border when the federal government refuses to fulfill its duty.  And Obama has no intention of stopping anytime soon: “Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer said Friday she is “disturbed and outraged” after she was informed by federal officials that not only has the government been shipping illegal immigrants out of Texas and “dumping” them in her state, it has no plans to stop. Federal officials told Brewer Friday that the practice will continue for the foreseeable future, and this weekend more than 1,000 illegal immigrant children will be “dumped” in Arizona. Adults and family units will also arrive, though Brewer was not told how many, her office said. Reports first surfaced last week that scores of illegal immigrants in Texas were being flown, bused and then abandoned out of state in Arizona and elsewhere… “This is a crisis of the federal government’s creation, and the fact that the border remains unsecure – now apparently intentionally – while this operation continues full-steam ahead is deplorable,” she said in a statement.  Brewer said the federal government never formally informed her administration of the practice and has never explained it… “I am disturbed and outraged that President Obama’s administration continues to implement this dangerous and inhumane policy, meanwhile neglecting to answer crucial questions our citizens demand and deserve,” she said.”

Our national security has been jeopardized by Commander-in-Chief Obama

The federal government does not even know how many illegal immigrants have entered the U.S. during the past several months: “Immigration authorities said the numbers appear to be substantial, but they do not yet have an official count.”  The Obama Administration, not even knowing how many are present on U.S. soil, certainly has no clue about the identity of these illegal aliens.

U.S. Border Patrol agents who are supposed to be protecting America are instead “changing diapers and heating baby formula.”

And if you think that radical Islamic terrorists have not noticed this breach in U.S. national security, you are mistaken: The Border Patrol in Arizona found a Muslim prayer rug near the border last week.

Sarah Palin, calling for Obama’s impeachment, correctly stated: “Without borders, there is no nation. Obama knows this. Opening our borders to a flood of illegal immigrants is deliberate. This is his fundamental transformation of America. It’s the only promise he has kept.”

Obama retaliates against American citizens, politicians of both parties, and journalists who dare to criticize and expose the illegal immigrant crisis on the border to the American public.

American Citizens

The Obama Administration plans to bring in federal agents in riot gear to demolish anti-illegal immigrant protests in Murrieta, California.

Politicians

“Democratic congressman Henry Cuellar ripped President Obama for being “aloof” and “detached” by not visiting the Texas border to see first hand the immigration crisis… “He’s so close to the border. And let me say this: when I saw, and I hate to use the word bizarre, but under the circumstances, when he is shown playing pool in Colorado, drinking a beer, and he can’t even go 242 miles to the Texas border, and plus, if he doesn’t want to go down to the border, there’s the Air Force Base where HHS is holding some of the young kids from the border. He could at least make that trip to San Antonio, but again, border community leaders wants to see him down there on the border, and I think the optics and the substance of it is that he should show up at the border,” said Cuellar.”

Well, Democrat Congressman Henry Cueller has now learned what happens when anyone dares to criticize Obama: “Representative Henry Cuellar (D., Texas) hasn’t been shy about speaking out against the Obama administration’s handling of the border crisis, and that apparently earned him a phone call from the someone at the White House. “Yes, I have,” Cuellar said on Fox & Friends on Wednesday when asked if he had received a talking-to. “But let me just say that I’m more concerned not about who gets angry at me at the White House; I’m more concerned about my constituents who want to find a practical solution to this question that we’re facing down there at the border.””

Members of Congress are even being denied access to the illegal immigrant ‘shelters’: “Rep. Jim Bridenstine (R-Okla.)… was prevented from accessing an army base in Oklahoma which is… housing illegal aliens.  “There is no excuse for denying a federal representative from Oklahoma access to a federal facility in Oklahoma where unaccompanied children are being held,” Bridenstine said in a statement following his visit to Ft. Sill near Lawton.”

And Obama is taunting Republicans, increasing the divide in America: Obama “slammed the GOP for refusing to write him a blank check in Washington” and hypocritically had the nerve to comment that ’It would be useful for my Republican colleagues to rediscover the concept of negotiation and compromise.’”

Journalists

Journalists are facing oppression from the Obama Administration for informing the American public of what is going on: Obama’s Department of Defense threatened a journalist with imprisonment for reporting on the illegal immigrant ‘shelter’ at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas, claiming that the journalist ”engaged in “unauthorized photography and broadcast” which were somehow “detrimental” to the “safety and security of the installation” even though the photos of Lackland’s illegal alien shelter, which is housing nearly 2,000 illegals at a cost to taxpayers of around $250 per immigrant per day, were taken outside the shelter and are clearly in the public’s best interest.  It would appear that DoD officials are somehow more threatened by a journalist reporting on illegal immigration than they are with illegal aliens using military accommodations at taxpayers’ expense while homeless vets wander the streets.  For one, it’s extremely unlikely that Lackland’s illegals have been fully screened for the “safety and security of the installation” since the Department of Health and Human Services, which is operating the shelter, admitted it does not bother to thoroughly check the backgrounds of immigrants. And… “If someone is released and they are symptomatic, it could spread rapidly,” warned Chris Cabrera, the Vice President of the National Border Patrol Council #3307.”

Obama’s Department of Health and Human Services is shamelessly violating the 1st Amendment:  “Health and Human Services officials will allow reporters to visit a military facility housing some of the immigrant children who have arrived at the southern border in recent weeks, but only if the media promises not to record anything, not to ask any questions during the tour, and not to talk to any of the staff members or children.”  The totalitarian anti-Constitution Obama Administration believes it has the right to muzzle the press with 7 restrictive rules:

• No recording devices will be allowed
• No questions will be allowed during the tour
  
• No interacting with staff and children at the shelter
  
• We ask that your questions be provided via email or phone after the tour to Kenneth Wolfe
  
• HHS ACF public affairs will provide answers to your follow up questions as quickly as possible
  
• We will provide photos of the facility after the tour
  
• There will be no on-site interviews by HHS staff before or after the tour, all inquiries go to Kenneth Wolfe
  

Journalists’ sources are also being threatened and silenced: “California Border Patrol union representative Ron Zermeno told ABC 10 San Diego that he has been placed under a gag order in an attempt to avoid negative news about the state of the southern border from getting out to the public. Zermeno said that the order was designed to prevent him from saying that no agents will be securing the southern border.”  Now, Obama’s U.S. Customs and Border Protection agency has served Zermeno “with a letter saying “you must immediately cease and desist” from issuing statements and press releases to the media with information that is “Law Enforcement sensitive… Zermeno says he expects to have his employment terminated. “I’m willing to lose my job over this because I know I’m doing the right thing,” Zermeno says. “I’ve been in this agency for 20 years and this is the worst I’ve seen it. It’s similar to the VA.””

Texas Border Patrol agents are also being warned not to talk to the media.  National Border Patrol Council Vice President Chris Cabrera says that “the U.S. border is the “most porous that it’s ever been,” and detailed the lack of transparency and intimidation of whistle-blowers by the Border Patrol.”

Also, “areas on the U.S. side of the border which were long open to the public are now being closed off” to journalists.  Talk about the ‘most transparent administration in history.’

Obama laughs and plays while the illegal immigrant crisis is ongoing.

Reuters published this photo from President Obama’s meeting with Texas Gov. Rick Perry… ”The president and the governor met in Dallas to discuss the humanitarian crisis on the Texas-Mexico border. The federal government estimates that 57,000 unaccompanied children have been taken in after illegally crossing into the United States… Gov. Perry and his team appear to be taking the moment seriously. President Obama is grinning and laughing.”

Obama is so out-of-touch that he’s fundraising in Texas with wealthy Democrats, but skipping out on his self-proclaimed ‘humanitarian crisis’ and REFUSING to visit the border: “White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest said at Thursday’s White House press briefing that Obama is scheduled to attend a fundraiser for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee in Dallas on Wednesday and two events for the Democratic National Committee in Austin on Wednesday and Thursday. When pressed about Obama’s decision not to go to the border and the military bases and detention centers where illegal immigrant children are being warehoused, Earnest said Obama has all the information that he needs from his senior advisors.”

Obama’s excuse for not visiting the border? The ‘selfie’ U.S. President who tweets photos of himself all the time doesn’t want a ‘photo-op’ that would show his ineptitude and malice.

Obama even took the time to meet with Hispanic hecklers who interrupted his economic speech with pro-illegal immigration protests- and while they were heckling him, Obama told them “ I’m on your side, man.”

Using doublespeak that the tyrants in “1984″ would be proud of, Obama’s “White House is standing by a statement on its website claiming that border security is at its strongest in history” while the massive influx of illegal immigrants from Central America and South America is ongoing.  YET, “Both in public and in private meetings, new Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson readily acknowledges there is a border “problem” that needs fixing — a major departure from his predecessor, Janet Napolitano, whose consistent refrain was that the border was more secure than it had ever been.”  The Obama Administration contradicts itself and is completely dysfunctional.
